[Baltimore, Maryland] – [January 13, 2025] – The Reeds Fund, dedicated to supporting young adults on the autistic spectrum, is excited to announce “Artists for Autism,” an afternoon showcasing the extraordinary talents of young adult autistic artists in our community.

This special event will feature a diverse exhibition of artwork, including paintings, sculptures, photography, and more, created by young adults on the autism spectrum. Guests will have the opportunity to engage with the artists, learn about their unique creative processes, and experience the power of art to transcend boundaries. It will also feature live performances of artists across the city of Baltimore.

“At the Reeds Fund, we believe deeply in the power of the arts to transform lives. This event is a testament to the incredible potential of young adults with autism. The arts provide a unique avenue for self-expression, communication, and social connection. We are honored to support initiatives that celebrate the unique talents and perspectives of the autism community.” Matthew and Melanie Reeds, Co-Founders of the Reeds Fund.

“Artists for Autism” aims to raise awareness about the unique perspectives and artistic abilities of young adults with autism while providing a valuable platform for these talented young artists to share their work with the public. Proceeds from the event will directly support the Reeds Fund’s Roxanne L. Reeds Scholarship, funding young adults to pursue post-secondary education.
