Teshika Burnside brings a wealth of expertise to the Reeds Fund Board, with over a decade of progressive experience in event production, nonprofit fundraising, and business development. As the President and Event Director of Chic Soirées, an Atlanta-based eco-friendly wedding and event planning company, Teshika has cultivated a reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable, and luxury event solutions.  

Teshika's professional journey includes roles in government procurement, customer relations, and international business development. Her diverse skill set encompasses contract management, project management, and creative problem-solving, ensuring success in collaborative environments. Teshika is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Wedding Planner (CWP), with credentials in IT project management and psychology.

Her commitment to community building and inclusive support systems aligns seamlessly with the Reeds Fund's mission. With a passion for creating meaningful experiences and fostering long-term partnerships, Teshika aims to leverage her expertise to expand the fund's impact for individuals with autism and their families.
